Logistics Operations Leader Origins Personnel
Job Summary
Job Responsibilities:
Develop strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of service/satisfaction
Implement the layout to each customer‘s operation to meet the customer requirements and standard
Attends customer’s meeting as required
Analyze every customer requests impacting both cost and operational workflow
Reporting any information that might impact company image and brand
Training warehouse staff on customized logistics procedure and requirements
Recruit, train, develop and mentor direct skills
Assist and train personnel to use warehouse systems, and the processing of work orders
Plan, hire and manage part-timers and overtime
Monitor and control the warehouse team at all levels
Maintain IRA (inventory record accuracy) as per standard
Acts on all assigned outcomes of the quality audits
Adhere to all shipping and handling legislations
Ensure operation is run according to the cost budgets assigned
Responsible for maintaining stock accuracy and integrity levels
Coordinate with warehouse customer service team on clients’ orders & queries
Makes sure the warehouse operations run at optimal cost and efficiency
Optimize the workflow process to minimize (any) unnecessary waste
Controls indirect expenses including overtime and consumables
Helps the Supply Chain / logistics operations manager and team in projects costing and resource planning
Take all necessary measures to reduce costs without compromising quality and standards
Job Requirements:
5+ years of Experience
Degree in related field (Supply chain, Logistics, Industrial Eng.)
Interpersonal skills – the ability to work well in a team, as well as to manage and motivate others
Problem-solving skills
The ability to think quick and creatively
Skills in data analysis, and accurate with finance details
Time-management & crew management skills
