Job Summary
Minimum Qualifications and Experience Required:
Paramedical qualification/Degree in Life Sciences.
Post Graduate qualification in Marketing or Communications (preferable).
Minimum of 2 years work experience.
Preferably at least 1 years’ experience in a sales, product management, branding or advertising role.
Key Performance Areas:
Reporting to the Sales Manager:
Sales:
Develop a sales plan to achieve sales targets
Compile monthly sales reports; monitoring the sales and client analysis.
Follow up on sales achieved prior to month end in order to identify clients who have not placed orders.
Attend congresses as part of the promotions plan for the company. .
Compile quarterly report on activities for presentation at the Quarterly Marketing Meeting.
Compile reports on activities when requested for input into the Marketing Department report.
Provide client training and education in collaboration with the Information Centre.
Identify, coordinate and organise CME opportunities for the Information centre.
Identify new sales and promotional opportunities to increase sales and product awareness.
Maintain and Enhance Client Relations:
Develop a quarterly client call plan.
Record clients visits using the CRM system.
Receive clients queries and respond to them in conjunction with the Information Centre.
Follow up on product or patient - related queries and complaints from the Information Centre.
Organise the company's attendance at congresses by booking the congresses and attending to all the necessary details.
Respond to clients needs and routes the information to the relevant departments.
Product and Market Knowledge:
Keep abreast of trends in terms of competitor activities, pricing, therapeutic trends, new products and diseases
Provide feedback from Doctors, Nurses and patients regards to product design and suitability
