Field Sales Consultant
Overall responsibility is to increase sales in (for a major cellular company) National Chains retail store. Assist stores with a monthly action plan to achieve sales and or recovery plan to achieve targets and implement same.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist the stores with end to end activation process
2. Achieve and exceed daily targets
3. Call diary management
4. Coach and train store consultants on clients system, product and services on a regular basis
5. Establish relationship building and relationship management
6. Branding, product and channel knowledge
7. Increase brand awareness and provide market intelligence and business insight.
Technical / Theoretical Knowledge:
1. Minimum matric
2. Studying towards Sales and Marketing Diploma/Degree will be advantageous
3. Sound knowledge of the telecommunications industries
4. Face to Face SME engagement and knowledge
5. 2 years experience within technology / retail related industries
6. 2 years B2B sales experience (direct and indirect)
7. Experience within a sales and target driven environment is required
Must have a vehicle and valid drivers licence
