Admin Assistant
Job description
We seek a super organised and reliable person with excellent computer and communication skills. This role will combine the responsibilities of an executive assistant, with basic financial management and office administration duties.
Key responsibilities
Administrative support to team
Manage contact database
Reception and telephone answering duties
Update monthly spreadsheets
Assist with marketing presentations
Update website
Prepare quotes and invoices
Manage payables and receivables
Oversee and coordinate general office administration
Book travel
Produce a range of business correspondence to a high professional standard

Requirements
Administrative experience essential
Minimum grade 12 (matric), diploma advantageous
Bookkeeping or accounting background
Excellent English writing skills
Advanced MS Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent typing skills
Valid driver’s licence
