Administrative Assistant
Aladdin® is an operating system for investment managers that seeks to connect the information, people, and technology needed to manage money in real time. Aladdin Platform is a newly created team focused on growing Aladdin’s commercial technology capabilities. This includes new sets of capabilities that help Aladdin deliver more value to current and prospective clients.
We are seeking a teammate who is resourceful, organized, professional, and communicative to join the Aladdin Platform team. This role is to provide administrative support to the Global Head of Aladdin Platform and senior members of the Team. Aladdin Platform is a fast-paced area of the business which requires the ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team and the foresight to escalate issues when appropriate.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complex scheduling, anticipate needs for each meeting, and provide required materials in advance
Manage travel, including booking transportation, hotel and connections
Lead expense and compliance processing and tracking
Qualifications and Skills
3-5 years of corporate administrative experience in roles that support senior management, preferably at a top financial services firm
Outstanding skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Experience and proficiency working with automated expense tracking, online travel and similar systems
Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
Passion for team building, forging connections and encouraging firm culture
Ability to prioritize multiple concurrent assignments and meet deadlines
Ability and willingness to work independently in a fast-paced, demanding environment
For New York City only: The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $110,000 which is the equivalent of $33.65 - $52.88 per hour. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including heath care, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.

Our hybrid work model
